Who's to Blame?

Jasper Santos* is a 15 year-old male who weighs in only at 22 kg, well below the expected average weight for Filipinos his age.

Yesterday morning, orange urine, the color of which is because of anti-tuberculosis medications, flowed down my right leg as it spurted forth from Jasper's urethra. He was urinating on me. Backing off immediately, blood pressure at an all time high, I looked at the patient and sternly asked what he was doing and why. He just shut his eyes and looked away.
